What is the Turnaround Time?


We aim to process and despatch your order within 3 – 5 working days

Occasionally this may be longer during seasonal demands. Then please just ensure that you have allowed for the estimated delivery time frame given, for the item to arrive with you, once despatched


How much do I earn?

Well that’s up to you, as you set the sale price.  We price all our merchandise competitively so when you sell an item we deduct our cost price and the balance  is yours!

How long does it take to set up? 

Once we have your first design and prices, you could have products available to sell in just a few days

Can you set up the online Store for me?

Yes no problem. Once you have signed up, you just supply us with your first design and your retail prices, then we do everything else


Is there a minimum purchase or minimum quantity amount? 

No, each product is sold as an individual item and delivered direct to the buyer.  If your customer only orders one item, that is what we will process for you

What if we want to place a bulk order for something?

We can deal with that completely seperately, and still add that to the store for easy handling too, if preferred.  Just give us a call with what you need and we can discuss the many options available.

How are you dealing with COVID 19 ?

We monitor the guidelines and restrictions, our priority is to ensure we work together to keep us all safe.

We took the necessary steps to encourage social distancing by asking our colleagues to work from home where they can and our workshops are following clear social distance rules, along with regular hand sanitising and general mindfulness of our workplace and colleagues.


We understand that this pandemic brings new challenges to all businesses. We check for the latest Government and Public Health updates to see how this will impact what we do and how it could affect the supply chain and re assess our procedures to keep us as safe as possible. What happens if an item is out of stock?

If for any reason when we receive your order there are any stock issues we will advise if additional time will be needed to fulfil your order or we will offer an alternative.


I have a specific delivery date, can you deliver on that date?

If you require an order for a certain date, contact us first to discuss and we can check with production.  If it is possible, we will then do everything we can to dispatch.  However, we would recommend upgrading the shipment to an express service too


Do you stock organic merchandise?

Yes! We have many items that are eco-friendly, manufactured from organic cottons, or even recycled polyester. Check out the product page. If you want to use only recyclable packaging too, we can do this if you are on the Manged Store Plan, contact the MCS Team for more information


How do I earn money from the sales?

We disburse payment for your profit payments direct to your Paypal account


Can you supply a bulk order too?

Yes, just fill in your details on the “Bulk Request Form”  and we can work out the best price and llet you know the options available.


What packaging do you use?

The majority of our merchandise is shipped use environmentally friendly packaging. Predominantly recyclable cardboard cartons. Some products do require additional protective wrapping to ensure its safe in transit and this may contain plastics. We continually re-evaluate our packaging looking at all aspects and feedback.


How do you ship?

We use a variety of delivery companies, to ship locally and worldwide.

Our preferred partners are Royal Mail – Parcel Force – My Hermes – DHL


Do you ship White Label?

Yes, the packaging and carton labels do not have any MCS branding – Its all neutral and only contains the information needed to get to your customer.

When your order is despatched your store will send an automated delivery email all branded with your store logo.


Do you offer rebranding / Printed neck labels.  Can I have my own neck labels?

Yes, on a majority of our clothing we can re-brand with your custom label.

You don’t have the product I am looking for, can you get it?

We source new merchandise all the time. Drop us an email or give us a call.  If you give us as much detail as possible, our team will check it out and get back to you.


Will you print any slogan or text?

We expect the designs that are submitted to us to be respectful of others and within the law. Content that is hateful, racist, and illegal or that violates intellectual property rights may be reviewed and removed at any time. It is your responsibility to know and understand what you legally can create and re-produce.  We value respect, tolerance and understanding for al, and we reserve the right to remove content at time and for any reason.


Who owns the designs?

Designs that you upload are yours, we only print and supply orders received from your site/portal. We will not use your designs for advertising or promotion without your express permission.
